The cuts of lamb can be packaged to customers requirements.

Coorevin Farm Fresh Lamb

The lambs are bred and reared on the farm and are fed on lush pastures of grass and clover. They are slaugtered in the traditional way at a fully licenced local abattoir.
The carcass is hung for 10 days to enhance flavour.
